ZanziServices may assist in rebooking with another verified vendor if available.
If a user fails to show up or is unreachable at the time of service, the vendor may mark the booking as a no-show.
No-shows may result in a full charge for the service, depending on vendor policy.
Refunds are processed based on vendor cancellation terms and service status.
ZanziServices facilitates refunds but is not liable for disputes between users and vendors.
Users and vendors may report cancellation-related issues via the app or support portal.
ZanziServices will review cases and may mediate where appropriate, but final decisions rest with the vendor’s stated policy.
